Co-op in Review: November 10, 2016

G'Day Mate!  This week, our Grammar classes and Dialectic class studied all things Australia!  They learned about the geography, flora, fauna and lifestyle of those who live "down under". They also read about the early history of Australia and New Zealand.  The Rhetoric students continued exploring everyday life in Victorian England--this week learning about social life, education, leisure pursuits, courtships, life expectancies and funeral practices of the Victorians.  The Lower Grammar class made awesome Australian boomerangs and did boomerang experiments.  The Upper Grammar class made Australian dot art projects.  The Dialectic kids made boomerangs as well.  And, the Rhetoric class started making Victorian Christmas wreaths.  The Five in a Row class read the book, "Jamberry."  In this book, a small boy and a bear go on a berry picking extravaganza together!
